Our Sustainability Roadmap is a clear seven step framework focused on climate change, biodiversity, the circular economy, people, water and marine protection, and long-term strategy. This approach guides how we operate responsibly, adopt sustainable innovations, and support a cleaner, greener future for our customers and the wider environment.

Our Sustainable printing promise

At Anglo Printers, we specialise in sustainable printing and eco-friendly commercial print solutions. Using FSC® certified paper, vegetable based inks, and energy efficient production methods – such as our installation of 610 Solar Panels – we deliver high quality print with reduced environmental impact.

Through responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and resource efficient processes, we provide sustainable print solutions that maintain exceptional quality, reliability and turnaround times.

Our Seven-Step System

Anglo Printers have developed a Seven-Step System to tackle our environmental & sustainability goals

Climate Change

Short Term: Sub-metering, smart tech, maintenance, green energy mix.

Mid Term: Insulate attic, switch to electric vehicles & boilers.

Long Term: End fossil fuel use, explore heat recovery.

Biodiversity

Short Term: All Ireland Pollinator Plan, Lunch & Learn on Biodiversity.

Mid Term: Continue to support projects from World Lands Trust.

Long Term: Consider longer term project with Boyne River Trust.

Pollution

Short Term: Monitor and measure VOC/fugitive emissions as per impacts & aspects register. Continue with EMS.

Mid Term: Monitor & reduce if applicable will reduce as fossil fuel reliance reduces.

Long Term: Continue phase out of fossil fuel reliance – consider heat recovery.

Circular Economy

Short Term: Document more information on waste, implement 3 bin system; we recently joined REPAK.

Mid Term: Engage with waste providers for more circularity to ensure re-use is implemented.

Long Term: Start R&D area to investigate circularity, e.g. steel plates.

People

Short Term: Basic sustainability training for all staff.

Mid Term: Sustainability credentials for key staff, install bicycle rack, promote walk/bike to work scheme.

Long Term: Promote & communicate good sustainability credentials within workforce & community.

Water & Marine

Short Term: 8m3/day usage monitored – identify high areas of use and water saving devices.

Mid Term: Sample wastewater discharge and analyse for contaminants.

Long Term: Continue with ISO14001 compliance.

Strategy

Short Term: Implement recommendations of Climate Action Voucher.

Mid Term: Calculate Scope 3, Undertake Strategic analysis on company.

Long Term: Implement revised strategy.
