A limited edition vinyl release for Caskets demanded packaging with the same visual intensity as the music. The result is a collector’s sleeve built around a striking structural feature that sets it apart from any standard release.

The Job
500 gatefold sleeves at 630 × 630mm flat on 300gsm Cyber XL Silver Mirra board, a reflective metallic substrate that rewards precise production control and elevates every finish applied to it.

Outside printed 4-colour process, with colour depth and vibrancy carefully managed across the reflective mirra surface.

The Signature Detail
A 4 colour printed plastic piece is affixed to the front cover, precisely aligned with the inner artwork to create a stained glass effect, visible only when the two layers sit in exact register. The plastic component was laser die-cut before a second mechanical die-cut, requiring sequenced tooling and millimetre accuracy throughout.

Finishing & Construction
Gloss laminated across the board stock. Straight line glued for a clean, stable spine and square construction throughout the run.
