HUV litho delivers instant curing, ultrasharp detail, and colour stability straight off press, ideal for high impact work, dense solids, and premium finishes premium deluxe finishes such as Super Hi-Gloss coating, where speed and precision matter.

Conventional litho, meanwhile, offers exceptional versatility and refined colour reproduction across a broad range of stocks, as well as aqueous coatings and varnishes making it a proven choice for both short and long runs.

Together, these processes allow us to produce vibrant artwork, precise branding, and repeatable results across everything from product packaging and brochures to premium vinyl sleeves all finished to a consistently high standard.

Fast, flexible, and built to respond. Our twin Ricoh digital presses deliver sharp detail, accurate colour, and rapid turnaround, ideal for short runs, variable content, and tight deadlines where momentum matters.

For scale and impact, our Canon Colorado, and Agfa Anapurna handle wide format with confidence. High speed, high resolution output delivers clean text, rich colour and durable results across signage, display, and large format applications that need to perform in the real world.

Our precision die-cutting services allow for custom product packaging and vinyl record sleeve shapes, cut-outs, rounded corners and windowed designs. This process adds creativity and impact to your packaging while maintaining clean edges and professional consistency throughout production.

We provide accurate folding for all types of print jobs including book covers, brochures, gatefold vinyl sleeves, record inserts, and bespoke vinyl packaging formats. Precision folding ensures a flawless presentation, structural integrity, and a perfect fit for your vinyl records and printed components.

Our lamination options, including gloss, matt, and soft-touch finishes, protect your printed product or vinyl record sleeves while enhancing their look and feel. Lamination adds durability, scuff resistance, and a premium metallic or holographic finishes to your printed packaging.

Foil blocking and metallic foiling add a luxury finish to printed products like packaging, books, invitations and vinyl record sleeve printing. Available in gold, silver, and custom colours, foiling highlights key design elements such as logos and titles for maximum visual impact.

We offer specialist print coatings, including gloss, matt, drip-off and spot UV varnish, to enhance printed products and vinyl sleeve packaging.
